Sports equipment (if any): football, volleyball, badminton racket, chess... You are welcome to bring musical instruments for the performing arts

Music players, game consoles, cameras, or other electronic devices
Expensive utensils, precious jewelry

Things parents should not do:
Do not arrange backpacks for your children; instead, let them arrange their own so they remember what they bring.
Do not allow minors to bring music players, game consoles, or other electronic devices.
Do not allow your children to carry jewelry or other valuables.
High-quality personnel:
The camp operator has many years of experience in the industry and is thoroughly trained in risk management, team management, situation handling, and so on.
Volunteers/collaborators with strong academic credentials, as well as strong skills and physical fitness.
Staff-to-camper ratio: 1 staff for every xx campers
Secure location:
The camp site and equipment are properly inspected before the camp begins.
Processes for risk and safety management are in place.
Do not let outsiders inside the accommodation or activities without the approval of the camp management.
Campers are not permitted to leave the activity area without the permission of the camp manager or accompanied by personnel.
A ready medical team:
Be equipped with a first aid pack including basic medicine and tools, capable of providing first aid and handling emergency circumstances.
If a camper becomes ill or wounded and requires specialized medical attention, the camp manager will contact their parents or transport them to the nearest hospital.
Food suitable for students' ages in terms of nutrition, hygiene, and taste, carefully picked from trustworthy suppliers and guaranteed to be processed within the day
Regulations:
The camp management has implemented the following regulations to guarantee that students have an enjoyable, fulfilling, and safe camping experience:
Participate fully in the camp's scheduled activities.
Obey the camp's administration and volunteers/collaborators.
Energetic, gregarious, joyful, and communicatively polite
Do not quit the group voluntarily without informing the camp management.
Maintain camping facilities and general hygiene
Personal belongings self-preservation
When participating in camp activities, do not use mobile phones or other unapproved electronic devices.
No smoking, drinking alcohol, and using stimulants, among other things.
The management board will notify the parents of the first violation for discussion and resolution. The management board will suspend camp operations for the second offense.
Procedures for checking out
You must provide the following documentation to leave the campsite, whether temporarily or permanently:

National ID card or valid passport
For family or friends (must be over the age of 18 and permitted by a parent or legal guardian):
Valid ID card or passport
Power of attorney from a parent or legal guardian
Copy of parents' or legal guardians' valid ID card or passport
In an emergency, organizers will phone the parent or legal guardian (included in the contact information section of the camper's dossier) to reconfirm the request. The camp administration will not approve the student's request if the contact information is wrong or if the parent or guardian does not answer the phone.
